1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unopened.

  • The product must be in original packaging.

  • The return request must be made within 3–7 days of delivery.

Certain items are non-returnable for safety and hygiene reasons.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following products cannot be returned:

  • Opened pet food

  • Opened treats

  • Healthcare or supplements once unsealed

  • Grooming products once used

  • Clearance or discounted items (unless damaged)


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • An incorrect item

  • A missing item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

After verification, we will offer:

  • Replacement

  • Store credit

  • Refund (if applicable)


4. Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to process.

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method (if prepaid).

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer.


5. Return Shipping

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was on our side.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.


6. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
