We offer a strict 7-day return policy. You have exactly 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Unfortunately, if 7 days have gone by since your delivery, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

Items such as opened pet food, treats, or personalized accessories cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.

4. Refunds
