2. Shipping Charges

  • Area-Based Shipping: Shipping charges are not fixed. The final delivery fee depends entirely on your location/area and the total weight of your package.

  • The exact shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at the checkout page before you complete your purchase.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number or an update via SMS/WhatsApp so you can easily monitor the status of your delivery.

4. Damaged or Missing Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or if any items are missing, please contact our customer support immediately within 24 hours of delivery with pictures of the package so we can resolve the issue for you.
